"Félicité" Pink Retro Kitty Cat Hat wizard of oz fascinator hand glittered mini red shoesCharming 3D pink cat hat, traditionally hand blocked, couture hat, with blue glitter eyeshadow, eyelashes and peacock feather whiskers. This hat is blocked on a handmade hat block which was made by Bink which makes it completely unique, it is hand stitched and has yellow polka dot lining. It's is very light weight so very comfortable to wear and attaches with adjustable hat elastic. If you would prefer this in a different colour please do ask!
