High in acid and minerality and may remind you of a sharp Cheverny Blanc or Loire Valley White, with some tannin. Khikhvi is great to pair with rich and flavorful foods, like barbecue ribs, bratwurst with grilled veggies, or a spicy sausage and mushroom risotto. Khikhvi is one of the wildest Georgian grapes, and must be tamed for its
