Victorian Crescent Moon & Star Celestial Brooch Cluster Rings EGB maker's markDATE: Victorian, c. 1880 A rather special Victorian celestial brooch with a five pointed star inside an elongated crescent moon. It's fully set with old European cut diamonds, the silver settings having oxidised over the paste century and a bit creating a wonderful contrast with the icy white brilliance of the stones. It's beautifully made, 15k gold backed, and remains in great condition crafted circa 1880 and home to approx. 2. 33 carats of diamonds.
