A vigorous variety, Top Hat yields a slew of medium size flowers with rows of cardinal red petals surrounding a large, fluffy center of creamy white to light yellow staminodes. More red petals usually grow in the middle of those. Blooms measure 5 6" across on mature plants. Midseason flowering.
