Martin & Anna Arndorfer 'Anina Verde' Niederösterreich, 2022 hazy The grapes benefit from diurnalThis wine is made of 100% Grner Veltliner, and sits on Riesling grape skins for 12 days, for a classic orange wine. We would pair it with a nutty and creamy Chicken or Lamb Korma. The Riesling brings a freshness with subtle earthy notes to the bright and fresh Grner. The juice is then aged for four months, two thirds of it in stainless steel and the other third in used French oak barrels. Very minimal sulfites added, unfined and unfiltered.
