On the nose it has a welcoming bouquet of black and blue fruits blackberry, blueberry, maybe a hint of plum interlaced with floral violet, cracked black pepper, and a touch of smoked meat or cured bacon fat. Underneath theres mineral lift: wet stone or cool granite, giving it freshness and tension. On palate its mediumbodied, with brisk acidity and smooth but noticeable
