This glue is the bonding agent used to hold the abrasive grit onto Set-Up-Wheels aka Polishing Wheels

It is generally used with a Spiral Sewn or Firm Airway buff as the first step in a two step process

Rake the buff every 5 minutes to remove spent compound and stand or fluff up the buff fibers

Without the heat the fibers have a tendency to stick together

They can only be put into a Shrinker Cartridge
